1 – About K & B Kafferosteri AB

The company is located in Laholm, Sweden. The mailing address is Blåklintsvägen 6, 312 31 Laholm. If you wish to get in touch with us, send us an email to info@kbkafferosteri.se with your message and your information and we will get back to you asap.

2 – Order

  • When completing an order a confirmation email will be sent to you. In the confirmation you will find information regadring the ordered products, prices shipping address and billing address.
  • If something were to be incorrect in your order confirmation, please get back to us with an email to info@kbkafferosteri.se.

3 – Shipping

  • Coffee that is already roasted and ordered before 12.00 monday to friday is shippied the same day or at latest the day after that.
    Otherwise it will be sent as soon as it's roasted.
  • Normal shipping time is 1-3 days. Orders made during weekends is sent earliest the upcoming monday.
  • If any unexpected delays in our delivery would occure, please contact us at info@kbkafferosteri.se.

4 – Prices

  • All prices listed in the shop is in swedish kronor (SEK). All items are including 12% VAT or 25% VAT depending on the product. 
  • We reserve the right to change price on a product due to price changes from third party suppliers, pricing errors and misprints.

5 – Return policy

  • When buying from our site you are by law granted 14 days right of withdrawal counted from the day you receive the item.

5.1 – When using your right of withdrawal:

  • You must inform us of your intent to return. Send a message to info@kbkafferosteri.se including your name, address, email, order number and information about what items are to be included in the return.
  • You are obmitted to as soon as possible, and by law within 14 days after your message return the bought items to us.
  • You will have to pay for shipping and are responsible for the condition of the sent items. Make sure to send it in it's original packaging.
  • When returing your payment we reserve the right to subtract a sum related to the depreciation compared the the original condition in case of opened or damaged item.

5.2 – Right of withdrawal is not valid in case of:

  • Sealed products due to health or hygiene reaseons where the sealing is broken by you.
  • Items that have the character of a sealed audio or video recording and where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Custom-made product, customized specifically for you or with a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
  • Completed services where you have accepted the service initiation without right of withdrawal.
  • Items that might go bad or out of date in a short timespan, for example groceries.

6 – Reclaims and complaints

  • We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly dispatched upon arrival, we undertake to rectify the error free of charge in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
  • You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
  • The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.

6.1 – How to proceed with a complaint?

  • Any errors and defects must always be reported to info@kbkafferosteri.se, where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.
  • If we are unable to rectify the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping cost for approved complaints.
  • We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow the guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se.

7 – Limitation of Liability

  • We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
  • We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can include labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, reduced or non-existent deliveries from suppliers.
  • Furthermore, we take no responsibility for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

8 – Product Information

  • We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as some color differences may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality, and resolution. We always try to expose the products as accurately as possible.


9 – Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The amended terms are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.

10 – Dispute and Choice of Law

  • In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company’s customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se. For residents of an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the EU Commission’s platform for dispute mediation, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
  • In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies.
  • Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
